THE CONCEPT
Transform yourself with Amplify, the first Fitness Boutique in Lisbon, located in Marquês de Pombal. The concept is divided into three transformative workouts: indoor cycling, yoga and bootcamp. Cycling is done on stationary bicycles; yoga is vinyasa and is divided between super flow and gentle flow; and the bootcamp is a fitness workout, which includes a treadmill and elastic bands, among other exercises.
